W&D Cleaning Services Inc. provides cleaning services in Brampton and surrounding communities. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, contact us or request a service. For privacy questions or requests, email director@wdcleaning.ca or call 416-576-8239.
Information you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, postal code, property type and size, cleaning needs, preferred timing and contact method, and any notes you provide. Please do not enter payment-card details, door codes, alarm codes or sensitive personal information in the quote form. Arrange access details directly with W&D when a service is confirmed.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss a property visit, prepare a quote, arrange an agreed service, maintain service records and resolve questions. Sending a quote request does not subscribe you to marketing. We will seek separate permission where required for promotional messages.
Service providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes online enquiry requests. When delivery is enabled, enquiry details are stored in GoHighLevel for W&D to review. Netlify also holds a delivery journal with request identifiers, payload digests, delivery status and CRM record references to prevent duplicates and investigate uncertain delivery; it does not store the full form in that journal. If internal alerts are enabled, enquiry contact and service details are also sent to W&D and Ironmark Systems staff email inboxes so the request can be handled. Ironmark Systems supports the website and these systems and may access information needed for that work. These providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Website analytics
We use Umami for website usage measurement when enabled. It measures page views and basic technical information such as browser, device type and approximate location. Our integration excludes URL query strings and fragments and does not send quote-form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or request references as analytics events. We do not use advertising pixels on this website. Hosting and security systems may separately process technical request logs.
Keeping information safe
We limit access to people and service providers who need the information to handle enquiries and support the service. Enquiry records, staff email copies and delivery journals may be held in separate systems. Contact W&D to ask about retention or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept for service, legal or delivery-reconciliation reasons. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent for future optional use, or request deletion by contacting director@wdcleaning.ca. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or service reasons. Withdrawing information needed to arrange a clean may prevent us from providing that service. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca with a privacy concern.

A form labelled TEST MODE keeps its request in the browser and does not submit it to W&D. This policy may be updated as our services change; the date above identifies this version.
