Using this website
These terms explain how the W&D Cleaning Services Inc. website and enquiry process work. Please use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Contact director@wdcleaning.ca or 416-576-8239 if you need clarification.
Enquiries, visits and quotes
Submitting an enquiry is not a booking, a confirmed price or a promise of availability. W&D discusses the property and arranges a visit before quoting. The service scope, price and timing must be agreed with you before a clean is scheduled. A preferred date in the form is a request only.
Scope of the service
The agreed quote identifies the work to be carried out. Please tell W&D about delicate materials, product sensitivities, hazards, parking and access requirements before the visit. Any changes to the agreed work or price should be discussed and accepted before additional work proceeds. Website descriptions do not replace your individual quote.
Access and pets
Arrange authorized, safe access with W&D before the clean. Discuss keys and access arrangements directly; do not put access codes in the online enquiry form. Tell W&D whether pets will be present so access and pet arrangements can be agreed before the clean.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Contact W&D if you need to cancel or reschedule. A new date must be agreed with W&D and depends on availability.
Payment
Payment is due after each clean. Contract billing is agreed separately. Confirm the available payment method with W&D. This website does not collect card details or take payments.
Questions about a clean
If you are unhappy with an aspect of the agreed cleaning, contact W&D and describe the concern so it can be reviewed and a re-clean discussed. Report any damage or access concern promptly. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Website photographs illustrate spaces and services; they are not a guarantee that a particular property, team member or result is included in your booking. Please do not misuse this website or reproduce material without permission from its rights holder. External links are operated by their respective providers.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle enquiry and website information. These website terms may be updated; any service already agreed remains subject to its agreed quote and applicable law. Ontario and applicable Canadian law govern these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
